i removed my ktuner from my prb ecu and returned that ecu back to stock and and tried to unsolder the socket and messed up the circuit leads, got a new socket and installed it on my new ecu but interface is prompting me "ktuner is lock to another ecu", how can i unlock my ktuner, if i cant replug my ktuner back to the ecu that its locked too

If you can't connect to the ECU you can't unlock it from it. Change the VIN for the new ECU to the VIN from the old ECU.

I'll give it a shot, not sure if this ecu will allow this vin since ive installed it's on element ecu, but old ecu aren't advance like today's ecu its possible, ill try rewrite the vin with my snap on scanner

All of the supported ECUs can have VIN rewritten as well as immobilizer paired.

Ok tried rewriting my element ecu with my rsx vin it won't write, there is one more options I can try but highly don't my factory honda scanner will allow this change since it connect to honda server, can I send in my ktuner in and have you guys unlock it

The unit can only be unlocked from an ECU with a matching VIN. We can't unlock it for you.
