Boosted accord. Can any1 recommend a reputable dyno tuner in Los Angeles

So I boosted my car. My FOB build yielded 203HP from 174. I asked the tuner if he could returned my vehicle after I installed the turbo and he declined saying. Ktuner isnt as smooth as what he is useto tuning with. So he doesn't want to put his name on the tune without another means of engine management.
Any1 know a reputable tuner in LA or surrounding areas where I can dyno tune my vehicle?
