Boost control with KTuner V2

I have a 06 S2000 and I just got the KTuner V2 all connected and talking so that seems good. About to turbo the car and I bought a MAC 4 port solenoid. My question is can KTuner V2 do normal boost control? If it can what pin of the ECU should I tap into and do I need to send the ECU out to be modified? It's a 06 DBW S2000. Any help would be great.
