Changing only the VTEC setting

I would like to know if I chose tune 1 and only adjusted the VTEC engage and disengage from 5000/4800 to 4300/4100 is that okay for the engine or would I need to change other things as well?

VTEC adjustment should be conducted on a dyno so you can properly place the changeover and tune for it.
