fuel gauge and fuel consumption are off

I have a problem with the RSP SD Base Map
The fuel consumption display shows high values, 30l/100km. 30 is probably the highest possible value to display. Since it goes all the way up to 30 in a matter of minutes i assume that calculated value is probably way higher than that.
I think this is however just a display/calculation issue, the actual fuel consumption is not as high, as far as i can tell
Another problem is fuel gauge. When i flash base map, the fuel gauge will drop to almost empty after only 100km, and then when i flash the factory map it goes back to 2/3
