2009 z3 MT Accord with high knock count on factory tune

Hello Ktuner's,
My name is Leo and have recently purchased the ktuner 1.2 for my accord. i noticed that i am getting high knock count after doing a factory base tune. not sure if this is mechanical or bad tune. I have re-timed and done a compression test to validate any timing issues. i have attached a datalog file , if any tuner with experience can review and give some insight it would greatly be appreciated. i am also willing to take my car to a tuner in so-cal for troubleshooting if the problem is not evident from the datalog itself. the datalog file is on neutral and i am getting a high knock count around the 2220-3000k rpm range.
