Can't get base Ktuner tunes

Hey there, I bought a used Ktuner v2 for my 2018 SI, got back home downloaded everything, registered my account locked it to my ECU, but it only saved a copy of my factory tune, I never got the option to install the base tunes that is supposed to come with the Ktuner, I read it installs those on a first time set up, but since mine is used, it never did that, any idea how to get those tunes?
