Registration email not matching

Recently un married my v1.2. Now using my laptop the email is not the one I used. My desk top connects and works as it should and tells me to connect to car. My laptop won’t let me past registration email because it is not correct or correct password.

I am the original owner. I could not unmarry the v1.2 with my laptop because of problem listed above. I used my desktop to un marry the car from the unit. I uninstalled the ktuner app from my laptop thinking I could start from scratch but it keeps bro gong up another email. But soon as I switch computers with my desktop and plug it in the email is correct. Weird.

Whatever you registered with on the computer is what is going to be in the email box.

You actually don't need to have matching email addresses to use, lock, or unlock the unit. You just need to be logged in.

If you can't figure out the email and password combination that you used on the laptop feel free to contact support via email.
