Having issues with software registration

I cannot change my registration email address .
It says it’s registered to a 06 civic . I just purchased a v2 for my Acura but it’s hot working .
I deleted the password and I can’t remeber the password I used 5 years ago .
How can I fix this issue

Email cannot be changed.
The data shows what a unit is locked to. If you used it on that vehicle or bought it used it's still locked to that vehicle if you've connected to it and that's the data is shows.
Not sure why you did that, but we can't help you remember. We can reset it via email.
