led set up or bad led ?

just got my v2 in the mail after seting it up i wanted to get the shift lights to work so i did the led set up but only one led turns on maybe bad leds ?

At startup do you get the full sweep of blue LEDs? If not, contact support by email.

I also have this issue. All blue LED's light up in sequence at start up but only the first LED lights up for the shift light. I thought it would sweep?

You have to set it up to sweep if you want it to sweep. There are example templates you can load in the software to see how each individual LED can be setup.
