TPS reading is not changing

I have a K-Tuner in ECU and TPS was reading normal before. Checked it today and saw reading is stuck at 20%. Checked the voltage at the ECU plug side and see the voltage changes from 0.5 to 5V when I press the pedal. Tried zero calibration and no change. Any idea what to check?

If it's stuck at a default value it's either not reaching the ECU or there's a related error code.

After updating the software, it seems like it works now
