Air conditioning in kmiata help

Hello everyone, I'm working on finishing up my k24a2 swap into my 2000 Miata. I'm running the kmiata air conditioning kit and have everything wired up, however it's not working. I've independently verified that grounding the wire that goes to the ecu for the fan/compressor relay works fine. However, regardless of the input I'm selecting for the ecu it will not kick on, even by manually grounding the lead. It's like the ecu either doesn't recognize that it's been grounded or it does and just isn't grounding out the AC output. Is there some other step in missing?

What are AC output control and AC Input set to?

Ac output on pin e18 is set to ac clutch control. Input is currently set to c20, but I've tried multiple input pins with no luck.

If the input is chosen, you've flashed, and the ECU has that input, you'd see the output functioning accordingly. You can set the AC Clutch Output to activate based on that input specifically to verify whether it's seeing the input.

How do I do that? Just set ac clutch control to c20 input pin?

Correct. Then the output is based on the input directly.

So I tried that and it seems to work perfectly. So is there any reason why I shouldn't just leave the settings like that? If I shouldn't leave it like that then what's my next step to fix the issue?

As long as the input coming in goes through the proper pressure limiting switch so it turns off when it should, you're fine.

Yep, tested that and it works so sounds like we're good! Thanks for the help!
