KTuner is in OBDII port, doesn't remember setting

My last application was for a '19 Civic. I did a file conversion, and the tunes are functional as before, however the last tune setting is not remembered. It reverts to Tune 1 for example when I turned the car off on Tune 3...

Are you sure you have updated Ktuner software to the latest version?
