Oil guage to 0-5v input?

Quick question, I have a 0-100psi Auto-meter oil pressure sensor that has one wire that runs to a analog guage, can I run that same wire to one of the 4 Analog inputs on my End-user R1 board and set the guage up on the software?

If it outputs a 0-5v signal it can be used with an analog input.
