Ktuner ECU newby questions

Sending in 05 Accord ECU for Ktune ECU hardware.
Replaced OEM O2 sensor twice and Cat twice but still get O2 code. Dealer offers to pay again and they will replace again.
Can I turn off down pipe O2?
