Error - Low Voltage on Pin

Flashing to stock on '09 TL. Ktuner v2. Getting error message Low Voltage on Pin 12, won't flash. New battery. Not sure if issue w/ tuner, cable, OBD or something else. No issues swapping tunes last couple years. Any help appreciated.

It could be the cable or connection. The ECU denied the request to proceed with flashing at that point in the process.

Thanks for the reply. Any guidance on how to take forward? Is there somewhere to get a replacement cable only?
