Do I get tech supports if I buy a used KTuner?

If I buy a used KTuner and flash my car with a tune, but then have problem flashing the car to stock later, would KTuner provide tech support to solve the problem? Or if I loose the KTuner later or if KTuner breaks, then is there anyway to flash the car back to stock without access to the KTuner that did the tune flash?
