I'm thinking about buying a used prb ktuner ecu off ebay via paypal, the person doesn't know if it's locked to a Vin, if I buy it and it's locked to a account is it un-useable? I have a pnd ecu I bought from yall, could I just swap my ktuner bord in the prb one and be good? Does the prb-a13 ecu give me more tuning options other than the pnd-a14. Yalls website doesn't tell me much.

The RSX/Swap application page does indeed outline the compatible ECUs and usable features for the RSX/Swap application. The same codebase can be used on either ECU.

If you're buying an ECU that works you can unlock the unit from your ECU and move it over.
