Saving a Tune

i have tried several times to save a tune to my desktop. i keep getting this message, saying" name of my tune and there are no more files.. Am i missing something?
thank you in advance.
I also cannot attach a pic. once I select image to upload 135kb . under status i get green bar then goes to yellow triangle and says " board attachment quota has been reached"

In your photo you're not saving to the desktop. You can literally see the folder name at the top of the save window, which you don't have permission to save in.

Same issue for me, and maybe I am left-brained / no brained or whatever. Because it took me a while to understand what the issues were here. First, the OP misspoke about desktop (no big deal). Second, my software had a preset file save destination to a location I cannot save to. Fixed it by: main menu, edit, preferences, main tab, then folders. The factory default was to the aforementioned locked location, and like the OP I go that same confusing error when trying to save. I clicked on select, changed the save location for both Tunes and Datalog away from the Ktunes program files. Problem solved.

Third, I believe that in Ktuner the error message "There are no more files" translates into something like 'you do not have permissions to save files to this location.' Cheers!
