Question ABOUT TUNE

I uploaded the tune for my car that allowed me to choose. Once I in car I noticed the LTFT was always at 0% and STFT 100% . Before with stock tune the value were small numbers on both. .
My understanding is at 100% it's dumping 100% more fuel. Is this true ?

If you're seeing live data from the ECU, 100% won't be something that's realistic.

Before I uploaded tune I was seeing +5 to -8 on both trims. Now it's 100% on short trim. Long 0. I did disable 02 and egr

If you disabled primary O2 it's no longer active.

so how are fuel trims being controlled?

They're not, which is probably why they're one value.
