Mounting V2 touch

I just received my v2. On box was a flat steel plate. What do I need so I can mount on windshield via suction cup?

I just bought magnetic suction cup holder at Walmart for 15$ and it’s been working great! Strong enough to hold the heavyish ktuner no prob.
