Amazon seller's used v1.2s

I have bought and returned two KTuner v1.2s from a seller on Amazon Prime selling them under a "Used - Like New" condition. Both had VINs already assigned when I plugged them in. I presume support can't help unlock these in a case like this?

These should not be being sold locked by any of our vendors. Does it tell you who they were sold from specifically?

Both the new and "used like new" are sold by Natural green products, at least under that link.

Thank you. I tried but they misunderstood thinking I already brought one of two for sale. They did say unlocked today.
