Giving Ktuner access to Tuner?

I'm going to get my Honda tuned this month and I need to know how my Tuner will access my ktuner 1.2 for my vehicle? Account information, locked ecu, logging in etc.

As stated in the help window when you first start a user should create their own account. The unit is not locked to a computer.

so that means I log into my ktuner account on their laptop and they should have access to tune normally like if i were to do it myself?

No, I'm not understanding how that was your take away at all. They should create their own account. It's stated right in the help window when you first launch the software.
