Car Running rich after Manifold and Injector swap

I recently Upgraded to a ported and polished RBC manifold and RDX injectors. I did change the dead times in Ktuner for the new injectors and im running the Stage 1, 91 octane tune. The car is running rich and getting P0172 code, im not too sure where to start with tuning. Under hard acceleration the afr pins at 10.1. I may be over reacting, or I need to mess with it. Im happy to include any info you may need. (Its a K24z3)
