You have security software or anti-virus quarantining or deleting it.

I can't upload the new tune from the downloads folder. When I click the upload button nothing happens. What should I do?

If you have a file in downloads you need to open it first. It should say the name of the file in the title bar.

I will open the file not using the ktuner app?

File>Open is how you open a file, as with any other software.

I tried opening it from the download folder and from the ktuner app and nothing happened.Its still wont open.

If it's a tune file for an ECU you actually have connected to and available to the software it will open with File>Open. If you're trying to check someone else's file out it may not open.

If it's actually a tune file perhaps they sent you the wrong ECU type. You'll want to consult them since this isn't something we provided.

You can test saving and opening files yourself by opening a new tune, saving it, and opening it back up.
