Hi there. I bought a V1.2 last year (April 2018) and everything went without a hitch. Tuned it and everything was great. I wanted to reflash to stock because I'm having some warranty work done but I'm having a tough time getting it to work correctly. Last year when I did the initial install I was on a different laptop, but both were running Windows 10.

Microsoft Surface Pro 6

I plugged it into the OBD-II port and it lit up blue
Clicked on the car into ACC mode
Plugged tuner into PC and it made the usb recognized chime
Opened Ktuner software and it opened both the registration/login dialogue box and the pop-up about installing drivers
Installed drivers
Registration/login box stayed red at the bottom (no device, etc) but once in a while would flash between yellow and red

I can send photo of serial/ECU/locked VIN as well if you need it.

If the LED on the unit is yellow and everything shows fine in device manager you have something third party locking up the port.

LED on the unit is blue. When you say something locking up the port, you mean the USB port on my PC?
