So I have a 2006 acura rsx base AT and when I clicked new tune and uploaded my stuff and added some 2step stuff when I stop my car and turned it back on later I noticed I no longer have the reflash or the 2 step and was wondering how I am able to save these settings so I don't need to use my laptop all the time.

A flash doesn't get erased until you flash again. If the vehicle doesn't start without the laptop you likely left real-time tuning enabled even though it specifically says not to in a warning below the feature.
