Does anyone have a tune for an automatic 2005-2006 rsx base with a Catback exhaust and cold air intake? Something that gives more power then the reflash itself I seem to gain zero power from a reflash

So I have a 2006 acura rsx base AT and when I clicked new tune and uploaded my stuff and added some 2step stuff when I stop my car and turned it back on later I noticed I no longer have the reflash or the 2 step and was wondering how I am able to save these settings so I don't need to use my laptop ...

So I'm getting my ktuner ECU installed onto my ECU and was wondering if I could drive my car before opening up the ktuner software and registering the ECU. If I can't do this can I just install the headers onto the ECU would I be able to drive right away then plug in the ktuner once I have time then...
