Another tune after downpipe installed?

Hello, new here and hopefully I’m asking in the right forum/thread!
I’m currently running on stage 2 tune; stock downpipe + AEM cold air intake.
Would I need another tune after I install a RV6 downpipe or should I let it be?
I still have the map and I can disable the o2 sensor code/CEL from there.
