This is not tune related and you likely have a mechanical issue that needs attention. Check for errors codes as well.

U129E is a communication error that wouldn't affect fueling. I have no suggestions for causes. If the tune was running fine since 2020 with the correct options it's safe to say it's not the tuning.

In order to test for emissions you should return to factory, unlock, and remove the unit.
