What is the logic for how the various DBW mapping tables work together and affect driving behavior?
For instance the "DBW Final" is based on RPM, but all others are based on vehicle speed?

In these tables, what is considered low vs high load?
The closest answer I found was in the Civic forums - that "its a combo of RPM and MAP". Are there more specifics as to when the two modes pass between each other?

Sorry to re-hash this, but is it possible to allow greater user control of this transmission in future? While the improved shifting modes make a difference under load, there are many legitimate complaints about the overall drivability of this transmission (hunting, jerkiness, engine braking, etc.) S...
