"Anti-lag" is effectively launch control ignition retard. Above the Miniumum RPM setting the ignition will stay set to the target value.
A negative value should be used for the Ignition Target in order to build boost. -5 is a good starting point, which you can then change as needed until you get your ideal settings.
WARNING: This feature is for race applications only. It is not healthy to overuse anti-lag.
