Feature Roadmap

Post by pbrowning81 »

Hello -

Do you guys have a feature roadmap of upcoming features the team is working on? Specifically, for the FK8 platform. Even more specifically, will there ever be a traction control feature similar to what Hondata built?

Thanks,
Pete

We do not discuss development publicly.

Judging by the way you all reply to threads here, you don't like discussing anything. Completely regret not going with Hondata. Never again - you guys really need to work on your Customer Service skills...

We're sorry you feel that way, but discussion of private ongoing development does not fall into a customer service classification.

Actually, they do. Companies regularly update Customers on various products in development, potential features they're working on, etc. Apple does it with all of their products. Microsoft does it. They showcase prototypes and enlist their Customers to help ground whether a product or feature has viability. It's called Design Thinking.

Lastly, you should go read random reply comments from Ktuner and ask yourself - are these the kinds of answers you would want to get from Apple if you needed support on your iphone? I bet not. The tone consistently is short and abrupt.

Take the feedback for what it is. Many I've talked to with Ktuner have shared a similar perception of your Companies service.
