quick 2 questions on provided tunes in End User Kit....

:D
quick 2 questions on provided tunes in End User Kit....

the descriptions are pretty clear just wondering what's the raw performance difference between "Stage 0, 1, 2" and "Starter 16.5, 18, 21 PSI" ? Starter is improved launching only ? Seems and I'm guessing here  "Stage 0, 1, 2" is written out with more refined raw performance and the other might be scaled back a bit. I guess I'd have to try them all to see, feel etc......

And is there a way to see the breakdown of each reflash tune and see what it does ?

I just jumped right in and got Stage 1 installed on 17 EXT HB CVT and it's turned up quite a bit from stock for now ;).

Starters leave all adjustment level options, like turbo responsiveness and spool, up to you.

so you open up the tune and you can change settings but you have to have "saved as" first...
I guess I'm not clear on the edit tune procedure.

OK, so is there a way I can "see" the adjustment options for instance on my current stage 1 tune even if I didn't save it first ?

You can edit any open tune. You should save a copy, but that's on you.

You can't see the staged tunes.

Once I order my end user rev 1 Ktuner for '05 RSX Type S with reflash 1 on it, are the other reflashes, #2, and #3 readily available in the software to locate and reflash the ECU? And, once I have a PLM race header and Skunk2 KPRO Series Intake manifold 70 mm port with matching throttle body, will the vehicle run better with reflash #2 , or #3, since it is not an RBC Intake manifold. If #2 is the better choice, how do I obtain a basemap for the aforementioned bolt ons to optimize best performance? Thanks.

All of our basemaps are built into the software as outlined in our tutorial videos.

Is reflash #2 supposed to be used with race headers or shorty headers?

A header which increases exhaust flow should be used.
