I also have a 2003 5mt awd and am interested. I would like to change the head, turbocharge etc. How's the que?

Still in motion, though you'd want to use an RSX Swap ECU.

So it is possible to use an RSX ecu on a CRV K24A1? What’s involved? Is it just a simple case of swapping them over?

Some have treated it like an 02-04 RSX, but it's not something we directly support.
