I am trying to find out if there is a Ktuner available that will work with my 2003 CR-V AWD 2.4L FI DOHC 4cyl and what exactly what a Ktuner is/does?

If you have an MT model you could potentially use a conversion harness and 05-06 ECU kit for a swap/RSX setup. The software does support forced induction and allows for full tuning, as outlined on the application page for Swap/RSX.
