CL7 with K24A2

Post by k24dbc »

Please help, I have a CL7 with K24A2 swap. The car is 6 speeds manual transmission and intake manifold is drive by cable. I purchased a Ktuner ECU and reflashed it with a 03-05 Accord basemap to kick start the car.
My tuner is about 45 miles away from me, and I am driving this car with the Accord basemap to his workshop, I feel like the car got driving problem with the ecu, because the current map is not suitable to my car. The car can't rev over 2,800rpm, it will feel like the fuel is cut off once the car rev to 2,800rpm. And the pick-up is like super slow... smell the petrol badly...like running very rich.
Please help, should I change to another basemap instead? Or can tell me what should I adjust for temporary to drive the car to my tuner workshop safely.

If you have a check engine light preventing you from revving up, check the code. You should have MAF disabled, since you won't have one.

We do not have a map for a motor swap. You will have to start with the 03-05 Accord base in order to get it to a tuner.

The check engine light's code are:
- P0102 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input
- P0498 Evaporative Emission System Vent Value Control Circuit Low
- P2647 A Rocker Arm Stuck ( VTEC Pressure Switch )

You have options to disable all of those.
