I locked my ktunerv2 to my 2013 Honda Civic Si. I uploaded a base map to the car it finished and the car ran cleaner. But now I’m trying to unlock it and revert to the stock tune and it doesn’t have the stock tune saved and does not give me the option to unlock from ECU

Factory would be listed in the Flash section of the device unless you cleared tunes. If you cleared tunes simply hook it back up to the software so it can put the factory tune back on it then you'll find Factory in the Flash menu.
