CVT park or 0mph rev limiter

I have a 16 civic EX-T. I want to rev it in park. It only revs to 4000 in park. When moving in neutral it will rev to redline. I would like to be able to do this in park but cant, can my 1.2 ktuner solve this? Running stage 2 with an unbolted downpipe.

We don't manipulate the launch limiter since CVTs can't be launched. If neutral works for you, use that.
