For some reason, my 2 step will not change at all. Its set at 5500 stock ,and when my tuner changed it to 3500 and flashed it, physically it was still at 5500. is that a common bug with the software? Maybe there has been a patch to fix this?

Well is this a common issue? Not only am I having issues but my builder has a 4g tl that also runs the Ktuner, and he cannot extend the rev limiter or alter 2 step. We are here at Asian Imports in Maryland.
