K20z1 06 type S won't start

Hey a friend of mine told me to go ahead and write on here for troubleshooting.
I received my ECU+Ktuner back and my car won't start up!
Originally i reflashed/registered it (yesterday). When i went to start it up it did this one long gash sound of it trying to start up sound. Reflashed it a few more times on different USB Ports. Still nothing! (Same sound all day)
Talked to my buddy and told me to disable immobilizer today. Went ahead and did that. Now when i start it up it does a rapid power/ticking sound. So now even though i still re-flashed it again and again. I get the power/ticking sound. I no longer get the same sound like yesterday no matter what i do.
Was hoping to see if maybe this was a step forward or maybe a step back. I can take videos for reference here.
