Is there anything else I can do to help you resolve this issue. This feature was one of the main reasons I went with ktuner over Hondata and for it not to be working is very frustrating. Like I said before if I upload the calibration and do not turn off the car it works fine but when I turn off the engine and restart it doesn't work. What changes when the car is turned off and on again?

Yes it works when the laptop is connected and I upload the tune file. If I disconnect the laptop it works, however if I shut the car off and then start it back up it doesn't work.

So just connect the laptop then open a tune file but don't upload it?

Yes, connect with your tune file open setup the way you want it and let me know. Don't flash again.

I did as you suggested and it works when laptop is connected.
