First impressions on stock car

Hi there, I have recently purchased K-tuner for my 2012 Acura tl SH-AWD.
Pros:
Improved throttle response.
Improved shifting and downshifting. Holds the right gears better.
Cool engine performance greatly improved.
Overall engine performance increase.
Cons:
Once the engine is heated up it seems like it pulls a ton of timing about and it slow off the line again.
Any recommendations to lessen this affect.
