Factory base Vs Tune 1 (91+ Octane...)

when I compare the Factory base tune with the Tune 1 (91+ Octane) side by side using KTuner 1.0.86 the only difference I can see (going down the parameter tree in the GUI) is the Rev Limits... yet Tune 1 feels significantly different in performance from the factory. I am curious, is this just a matter of not seeing all the differences between the two because its secret sauce or I simply don't know what I am doing?
