Fuel Not Priming

Hello KTuner. I have an EP3 with K20z1 swap. Z1 harness and ECU with the end user kit. I tried to fire it up last night with the PND ecu but no spark but had fuel. I plugged in the KTuner ecu and it started but now I have no fuel. Please help!
