Knock Issues

I've been data logging recently and noticed that even on the stock tune I'm getting knock control up to 8 (degrees I think). Could this be bad gas? I think is about time for a timing belt on my car so could that be causing the issue? Any other ideas Let me know. The car feels fine for the most part and there's no audible indication, but I feel like sometimes I can tell when it pulls power.

Knock control is supposed to prevent audible knock that you might hear by utilizing the knock sensor feedback. It will vary based on fuel quality and environmental factors.
