I starting tune my CTR,but not sure between that 4 ignition advance map operation

The variants are based on cam minimum and maximum. There are intake and exhaust, low cam (VTEC off) and high cam (VTEC on), denoted by the 4 options in the pulldown and the L or H buttons.
