LWFW misfire

I picked up you Ktuner V2 yesterday, currently working on a issues I have with my wife’s car. I have a light weight flywheel on my 09 TSX, wondering if you guys had any experience with this. Car will pull a ton of timing and run like crap, and will throw random misfire code, misfire for each cylinder, and go into limp mode. Do u have any suggestions on how to remedy this issue?
