Hi. I just purchased V2 and during the install, after registering its supposed to open up the software screen. Mine never does. After clicking close, it just closes Ktuner app altogether. I have tried deleting Ktuner and re-downloading it, same thing happens. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Check for anti-virus software, as mentioned on the downloads page.

Thanks. I tried disabling microsoft essentials security and also my firewall. Still have the same result. Also tried deleting Ktuner and redownloading.
I am running windows 7 professional.

I searched for more anti-virus programs and deleted them. Bingo! Got the software screen to come up and am at the Base factory tune to select. There are 2 to choose from, one is Factory 5AA_A55CVT the other is Factory 5AA A57 CVT. Which one should i choose? Thanks again!

Where do i find Tools>Reflash Info>Ktuner Units. I'm sorry, not too tech savvy.

Hey getting these 2 options to choose from. Which one did you end up choosing? I dont see an option for and psi base maps.
