New tuner won't register

I just purchased a V2 tuner for my Honda Cr-v and I am unable to register it on either my desktop or laptop. After clicking Register on the Account Management window I get a pop up that says "It appears communicating with the server has failed. Check that you have an internet connection and there there are no security applications that would prevent a connection from occuring."

I even tried turning off the firewall and it made no difference.

I'm really at a loss on this one.

Reset your modem and try again.

I tried that with no success. Also tried running both my laptop and computer off of my phone connection and no change. I can access this forum, the KTuner page, and everything else on the internet but the KTuner program still gives me the same message that I have no connection.

We've had no lack of connections today, so if you actually tried after reading my post something on your side is preventing connectivity.

Got it to connect. I upgraded to Windows 11, but I also ran from the CMD prompt as an admin netsh winsock reset, then netsh int ip reset, then restarted the computer.

Some food for thought incase someone else has a similar issue in the future.
